Find a different Starbucks!!!! Just do it. So, Ms. Emily, in the drive-thru this morning on 2/28 around 7:30 a.m., decided to make an executive decision that Starbucks no longer provides items on the side. I go to Starbucks EVERY single day, all over the place, including this one, and today was the first day that they refused to give me almond milk on the side for my oatmeal. Ummmm. . . what!?!?! I order my oatmeal the same way daily! The employee usually presses a button that shows 1/4 on the screen, then types "almond milk." I no longer eat at McDonald’s because of the terrible customer service, and I guess I will be canceling Starbucks soon as well. Particular people like me go to Starbucks and pay an arm and a leg for mediocre food and basic service, primarily so we can get our food/drinks the way we want them. If that changes, there is no longer a point! It's interesting sitting on the sideline watching companies make so many obviously poor decisions that negatively impact their customer base until they run the company into the ground. Lol. SMH. If it ain't broke, don’t fix it! It's THAT simple! I'd rather run out of breakfast spots and skip breakfast altogether before I ret

I usually have no problem with this Starbucks. However, I desperately needed a caffeine pick me up and ordered a grande matcha latte. When I got back to my office, I realized how light my drink felt. I open the lid, (I have only taken one sip at this point, just 1 sip) and the cup wasn't even halfway filled. Disappointed.

Actually, it was one of the calmest locations I have been in. That’s not a complaint. I did notice that the power plugs under the tables in the middle of the dining area or not working because customers were going around trying to find outlets that were working. It was nice to not be overcrowded for once at a Starbucks.

Excellent newer Starbucks location located along the main thorough fare in Lakeland, nestled in the iconic Southgate shopping plaza. Staff were attentive and friendly. Be mindful that this location replaced the former gas station location further north.
